At D1 Training Memorial, our age-specific programs focus on speed, strength, coordination, and injury prevention, giving your athlete the foundation to succeed in any sport.

Our youth programs follow a structured progression that builds speed, strength, coordination, and confidence at every age. Each session is coach-led, age-appropriate, and designed to help athletes develop safely, perform better, and enjoy the process.

ROOKIE

Ages 7–11

Build the foundation for athletic success with fun, engaging movement-based training.
